Calm Within the Chaos Meditation Retreat

In today's world, many of us find it increasingly challenging to keep a calm and relaxed mind. We seemingly face more and more worries, while we simultaneously have at our fingertips endless sources of entertainment and distraction. Together, these keep us in a vicious cycle of agitation. This course will provide instruction on simple but powerful meditative practices that allow us to experience our mind as like a vast, clear sky in which thoughts and emotions can pass like clouds. Through these practices we realize that there is profound peace already within us.
